Your book is ready for a new chapter. Flip the Script offers a flexible upgrade path to honor published work. Because each client's goals are unique, the process is designed to support your long-term objectives. Whether a book requires a targeted cover upgrade, specific layout adjustments, or a comprehensive structural revitalization, our services adapt entirely to those goals. Since the book will not have been read prior to this initial meeting, our consultation is designed to cover your specific ideas and desired changes first. Together, we will assess the live book and map out a customized project scope. This ensures our work aligns with your precise vision before the editorial review begins. Eligibility & Content Guideline: To be eligible for this service, your book must have an official publication date of at least one year prior to the date of our consultation. Please note before you book that we do not publish or work with any manuscripts that contain occultism, obscenity, or sexually explicit language/content. Consultation & Attendance Policy: This meeting will be recorded for documentation purposes. There is also a strict five-minute grace period for attendance. Arriving any time after this means you are only entitled to the remainder of your original scheduled half-hour slot. Please schedule accordingly. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy: If your schedule changes and you cannot keep your appointment, please email us at author.empressroyale@gmail.com no later than 48 hours ahead of your scheduled time. You are permitted to reschedule once within a 14-day period. Failure to provide the required 48 hours' notice means your consultation fee will not be refunded, and the session becomes completely ineligible for rescheduling. If you no longer wish to meet and need to cancel your session entirely, please email us within our required windows. Cancellations made 5 or more days before your meeting date receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made 3 to 5 days before your meeting date receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the meeting are ineligible for a refund. Processing & Terms: It typically takes about 10 business days for a refund to be processed. Refunds will only be sent to the original payment method used in a charge.
