Our Post-Strategy Campaign Alignment is a dedicated space to ask subsequent questions and gain additional clarity regarding your promotional strategy following your initial strategy meeting. Whether you need deeper insight into specific campaign assets, want to revisit your rollout timeline, or have new questions about your flyers, commercials, and social media presence, this discussion is tailored entirely to address your campaign goals and align with your planned launch. Please note that you can only book this service if you had a meeting in the last 28 days. This meeting will be recorded for documentation purposes. Eligibility & Booking Policy: Selecting this option without a verified prior meeting will result in immediate cancellation. In this event, you will be required to reschedule using the Marketing Services option and cover the session difference. For a different meeting length focused on baseline questions, please choose our General Inquiries option. Imprint Attendance Guidelines: There is a strict five-minute grace period for attendance. Arriving any time after this means you are only entitled to the remainder of your original scheduled slot. Please schedule accordingly. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy: If your schedule changes and you cannot keep your appointment, please email us at author.empressroyale@gmail.com no later than 48 hours ahead of your scheduled time. You are permitted to reschedule once within a 14-day period. Failure to provide the required 48 hours' notice means your consultation fee will not be refunded, and the session becomes completely ineligible for rescheduling. If you no longer wish to meet and need to cancel your session entirely, please email us within our required windows. Cancellations made 5 or more days before your meeting date receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made 3 to 5 days before your meeting date receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the meeting are ineligible for a refund. Processing & Terms: It typically takes about 10 business days for a refund to be processed. Refunds will only be sent to the original payment method used in a charge.
